Events need two things security companies often get wrong: a plan written before the day, and officers who know which job they're doing — gate, bar, stage, car park, or roaming. We plan it with you, staff it from one rota, and run it from a named lead on site.

Events we cover

  • Private parties, weddings and birthdays
  • Corporate events, launches and conferences
  • Bars and pop-ups at festivals and outdoor events
  • Sports and community events with a public entry

How we plan it

  1. A short call about the site, the numbers, the bar, the timings and any licence conditions.
  2. A written plan: officer numbers by position, timings, radio channel, the lead's name, the meeting point.
  3. Officers briefed before they arrive; the lead reports to your event manager on the day.

Licences

Officers working a licensed bar hold the Door Supervisor licence. Stewarding roles on non-licensed positions are staffed accordingly and we tell you which is which.

After the event

Incident reports, headcounts and hours are on your Cover Board the same night.

Questions about event security

All questions

Do you handle event security for private parties?

Yes. Birthdays, weddings and private functions with a bar are a regular part of our work. We plan the numbers with you, staff the door and the bar area, and handle dispersal at the end.

Can you provide stewards as well as licensed officers?

Yes. Positions that involve a licensed bar or entry control are staffed with SIA-licensed officers; stewarding positions that don't are staffed accordingly. Your plan shows which is which.
