LLS Security is a small, licensed company run from Kingston upon Thames. The person who quotes your job is the person who builds the rota and the person who answers the phone at midnight.

Venues get sent strangers.
Most bars and restaurants hire security through an agency and never learn who is coming until they're on the door. Officers rotate week to week, the licence check is a promise on a website, and when something happens on a Saturday night the only record is a text message.
02 · What we changed
Named officers, checked licences, and a rota the client can see.
Every officer's SIA licence number and expiry is held in our system and checked before their first shift. Every shift is on a rota the client can open — who's booked, whether they've confirmed, when they checked in, and what was written up. It's the same system we run the office on, not a separate brochure.
03 · What we do
Door supervision, events and close protection — the three licences we work with most.
Regular weekend door cover for bars and restaurants is the core of the business. Event teams and close protection are run from the same office on the same rota, with officers who hold the right licence for each.
